Some times you have to give up on PEOPLE

There’s a point where reaching out starts to feel like begging. you hold the rope so long your palms forget what freedom feels like. you tell yourself love can fix it, that loyalty should count for something. but care without return is just slow heartbreak in disguise. sometimes walking away isn’t cold—it’s clarity. it’s remembering your worth in the echo of their absence.
